Unwanted items Return

Returning shipment of unwanted merchandise is at the customer's expense. We offer full refunds for unwanted returns with our Gift Card, provided;

1. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
2. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
3. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact.

You have 7 days from the date you receive the return instructions and documents to send back the products. All refunds will be made in the form of a LOCOLIPS gift card sent via the registered email. The gift-card refunds will be finalized once we confirm the recipient and the requirements if met. For those who meet the free-shipping quota; $9.99 will be deducted if your net purchase amount after the return is less than the minimum free shipping requirement for partial/full item refunds.

Damaged Items Return

Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with evidential documents to show its defect. Returning shipment of damaged merchandise is on us. 

1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, size)
3. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact.

All refunds will be made directly back to the corresponding credit card.
LOCOLIPS reserves the right to refuse returns when the above conditions are not met.
LOCOLIPS reserves the right to refuse products sent back without prior consultation.

Out Of Stock Refund

When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address. This means that your product is sold out and is no longer available for shipping. If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement, you do not need to worry! 
You will not be charged for shipping In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order despite our cancellation policy. In this case, please email us within 2 business days of receiving the last sold out notification email. We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned. Please kindly understand after this time frame, the option to cancel the order will be no longer valid.
